Ygap
ygap is an international development agency which aims to create an equitable and sustainable world through entrepreneurship.
Since April 2021, Marisha has worked as the Program Manager of the ygap First Gens Accelerator Program. In April 2022, Marisha was promoted to Australian Country (National) Manager.
In these roles Marisha; works directly with refugee and migrant led small businesses; creates and implements culturally and contextually relevant curriculum for the First Gens program; presents at workshops, panels and forums on the importance of multicultural entrepreneurship and advocates for and with marginalised entrepreneurs in the Australian ecosystem.
